Hey There, Hobby Heroes!

At 801 Hobbies, we’re all about making your world a bit more fun and fascinating with our 3D printed wonders. But sometimes, things don’t go as planned, and we totally get it. Here’s the lowdown on our return and refund policy to keep things smooth and stress-free!

Returns: No Worries, We’ve Got You!

Time Frame

You’ve got a cool 30 days from the day you receive your awesome 3D printed piece to decide if it’s love at first sight. If it’s not, no biggie!

Condition

Just make sure your item is in its original, unused, resell-able condition. That means it’s gotta be looking as spiffy as when it left our hands.

Non-returnable Items

While we love all our creations, some things just can’t come back:

  • Custom or personalized items (because they’re made just for you!)
  • Digital products (they’re out there in the digital ether)
  • Health and personal care items (for obvious reasons)

How to Return

  1. Reach Out: Drop us a line at 801hobbies@gmail.com, or contact us through our website at www.801hobbies.com. Let us know your order number, which item you’re sending back, and why it didn’t work out.
  2. Ship It: Pack it up with love (just like we did) and ship it back to us. You’re in charge of the return shipping costs, and those can’t be refunded, sorry!
  3. Address: We’ll send you our return address when you contact us. Easy peasy!

Refunds: Making It Right

What Happens Next?

Once we get your return, our team will give it a look-see. We’ll let you know the verdict ASAP.

Approval Process

If it’s all good, we’ll process your refund within a week. You’ll see the moolah back on your original payment method soon after that, depending on your bank.

Partial Refunds

Sometimes, only part of the cost can be refunded:

  • Items not in their original, perfect condition
  • Items returned after 30 days

Exchanges: Defective? We’ve Got Your Back!

Only defective items are eligible for exchange. If you got a dud, let us know right away! We’ll swap it out for the same item, fresh off the 3D printer.

Damaged Goods: Oops!
